Important equipment-only terms

• Installation is not included. Labour, trenching, excavation, backfill, concrete, helical piles, ground screws and other site-specific foundation materials are excluded.
• Permits, utility applications, engineering and final electrical design are excluded unless added by written quote.
• Battery storage and outage backup are not included. This is a grid-tie solar package.
• Final array placement, tilt, setbacks, snow clearance, soil conditions, shade, service capacity and code compliance must be confirmed before construction.
• The online price includes a standard freight allowance of up to $1,250. Remote, limited-access or unusually expensive delivery locations may require a freight adjustment before shipment.
• Equipment models may be substituted only with equal or better compatible products if supplier inventory changes, subject to customer approval.
