Solar World Canada offers Calgary warehouse pickup by appointment, shipping, freight delivery and local delivery where available.
Calgary Warehouse Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment only. Customers must wait until Solar World Canada confirms that the order is ready and provides pickup instructions. Please allow reasonable preparation time, particularly for panels, batteries, pallets and larger equipment.
Shipping and Freight
Solar panels, batteries, pallet quantities, large inverters and oversized equipment may require a separate freight quotation. Where a final shipping price is not shown at checkout, please contact us before ordering or wait for us to confirm the shipping cost.
Orders are shipped only after payment has cleared, stock has been confirmed and any required shipping charges have been accepted.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, road conditions, remote destinations or circumstances outside our control may occur.
Receiving and Damage Inspection
Customers must inspect freight and packages at delivery. Visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery document before signing. Please photograph the packaging, product and shipping label and contact Solar World Canada within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment.
Do not discard damaged packaging until the carrier claim or inspection has been completed.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping, freight, delivery, brokerage and return-shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by Solar World Canada.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery address, contact information and access instructions are accurate.
